Knox & Culver, Ind. — Twin sisters Heather Martis and Holly Richwalski have more than family ties in common. Both serve as Property Managers with Bradley Company, and in 2026, the residential communities they oversee were each voted the #1 Apartment Complex in their respective Indiana counties.
Martis manages The Paddocks in Culver, Indiana, which earned first place in the Best of Marshall County 2026 awards. Her sister, Richwalski, manages Knox Garden Court in Knox, Indiana, which received the top honor in the Best of Starke County 2026 awards, marking an impressive seventh consecutive year of recognition.
While their properties serve different communities, both managers share a commitment to creating welcoming living environments, building meaningful relationships with residents, and delivering exceptional property management services.
With nearly four years at Bradley Company, Martis has demonstrated a commitment to going above and beyond for her community. She takes a proactive approach to property management, balancing the needs of residents, property owners, and regulatory agencies while maintaining a safe, well-maintained, and financially sustainable community. Her attention to detail, accountability, and dedication to following through have made her a valued member of the team.
Richwalski, a member of the Bradley Company team for more than 15 years, takes great pride in maintaining her properties to a high standard, both inside and out. She consistently exceeds occupancy goals while fostering positive relationships with residents and coworkers. Known for her sharp wit and approachable personality, she brings both professionalism and humor to her role.
“Heather and Holly are great examples of the people who make Bradley Company successful,” said Chad Phillips, CEO of Bradley Company. “They take pride in their properties, care about their residents, and consistently deliver results. To see both of their communities recognized as the best in their respective counties in the same year is something we’re incredibly proud of. It’s a well-deserved recognition for both of them and their teams.”
For Heather and Holly, the recognition carries an added personal significance. Sharing the same profession is one thing, but seeing both of their communities earn first-place honors in the same year makes the accomplishment especially memorable.
Bradley Company congratulates Heather and Holly and their teams on these achievements and thanks them for their continued dedication to the residents and communities they serve.
