Tracey Schafer joins as Chief Legal Officer and Mike Trevillian as Executive Managing Director, strengthening Bradley’s full-service commercial real estate platform across the Midwest.
(Indianapolis, Ind.) — Bradley Company, one of the Midwest’s largest full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the addition of two senior leaders as the firm continues to execute an aggressive growth strategy across the Midwest.
Tracey Schafer has been appointed Chief Legal Officer, and Mike Trevillian has joined the firm as Executive Managing Director, Multi-Family Housing. Schafer has served in a fractional role with Bradley Company since December 2025 and will transition to a full-time position in May.
“The additions of Tracey and Mike to our team reflect a targeted investment in key parts of our business,” said Chad Phillips, president and CEO, Bradley Company. “They bring considerable expertise and will be strong partners in strengthening our full-service platform as we continue to grow and support our clients’ strategic business objectives.”
Schafer brings 17 years of legal and business experience to Bradley, with a background in corporate law, real estate transactions, and enterprise risk management. She joined Bradley as fractional Chief Legal Officer in late 2025, supporting executive leadership on legal strategy, contract structuring, and governance.
Schafer previously held senior legal leadership roles in private practice, advising organizations on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She has extensive experience supporting executive teams on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies, with a focus on aligning legal frameworks to support business growth.
As Chief Legal Officer, Schafer will oversee all legal functions for the firm, including risk management, corporate governance, human resources, and transactional support. She will be located in Bradley’s South Bend office.
With more than three decades in real estate and the multi-family housing sector, Trevillian’s background includes property management, operations, and investment strategy. Most recently, he served as vice president of property management at Buckingham Companies, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 6,300 units across more than 40 properties in the Midwest.
Over the course of his career, Trevillian has managed more than 11,000 units nationwide and has a track record of leading large-scale operational transformations and expansions. His experience spans asset management, acquisitions support, and portfolio optimization, with a focus on driving performance across diverse multi-family assets.
In his role, Trevillian will lead and expand Bradley’s multi-family housing platform, working closely with brokers and clients to identify opportunities, strengthen market presence, and drive transaction activity across the firm’s footprint. He will work out of Bradley’s Indianapolis headquarters.
