Bradley Co. Transactions In Region Result In New Retail, Health Care Tenants

(Merrillville, IN)  Bradley Company announced today that its Merrillville office recently closed on two key transactions, bringing two new retail concepts and a health care service to the Region.

We’re Popp’in, a national gourmet popcorn and lemonade franchise and Escapeville are new tenants at 64 W. 80th Place in Merrillville. Housed in 80th Place Plaza, We’re Popp’in and Escapeville are utilizing 1,668 sq. ft. of the 30,000 sq. ft. development.

Bradley’s Steve Nicksic and Jim Nicksic represented both the tenant and the landlord, Great Lakes Capital, in the transaction. Additional opportunities for retail and office users are available at 80th Place Plaza. Built in 1977 at the Northwest corner of Broadway and 80th, the well maintained multi-tenant strip center boasts a prominent location within Northwest Indiana’s primary office and retail submarket.

Total Spectrum Care recently opened its first Indiana center at 5281 Fountain Dr. in Crown Point. Headquartered in Elmhurst, Ill. and with centers in Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois, Total Spectrum Care specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis services for families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Total Spectrum Care will occupy 4,260 sq. ft. at Park Center. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.  Both Steve and Jim Nicksic along with JLL Baltimore represented the tenant.

Subsequently to the Total Spectrum transaction, Bradley Company was awarded the listing assignment for Park Center.  Park Center, a seven building 75,000 square foot office park, located on of highly-trafficked Route 30, offers flexible floor plans and brick office buildings within a park like setting.
