(SOUTH BEND, IN) Bradley Company broker Greg Pink represented Mishler Memorials in the purchase of an 8,800 square foot commercial property on 1.86 acres at 13644 McKinley Highway in Mishawaka, IN. The property, which is located between Capital Avenue (State Road 331) and Currant Road, will be the headquarters for the family-run memorial business. The company currently has seven facilities in Indiana and Michigan.
The 75-year-old company is also part of Mishler Funeral Homes located in Bremen and Milford. FM Stone Commercial’s Scott Griffith represented the seller, Horizon Blue Investments. The sale price of the property was not disclosed.
