Grand Rapids, MI — Bradley Company West Michigan had a standout evening at the 21st Annual Awards Ceremony for the Commercial Alliance of Realtors – West Michigan, bringing home multiple prestigious honors.
Our team was recognized as the Community Impact Brokerage Company of the Year, a testament to our dedication to serving the West Michigan community through annual volunteering initiatives with organizations like United Way Heart of West Michigan, Puertas Abiertas, and others. Additionally, we were awarded Office Project of the Year for our work on AvaSure’s corporate headquarters at 25 Ottawa Ave. in Grand Rapids, MI. This award was accepted by our team members Chip Bowling, Bill Bowling, SIOR, Jeff Tucker, and Drew Nelson.
We were also incredibly proud to celebrate two of our outstanding advisors. Jordan Wenzel received the 2023 Rookie of the Year Award, recognizing his contributions to the industry, including his involvement in the CARWM Networking Committee and his role in moderating an industry panel. Teresa Datema was honored with the 2023 Good Neighbor Award for her commitment to community service, particularly as an active Board Member of C-SNIP, a local nonprofit supporting the well-being of dogs, cats, and their caregivers.
