The sale included the Park West Center, Pine Valley Shopping Center, and a free-standing Gerber Collision & Glass property, a total of over 300,000 square feet of retail space.
Bradley Company managed and brokered for the sellers, Ft. Wayne Associates and Pine Valley Associates, LLC, for nearly 30 years, navigating several expansions and renovations to both centers during that period. Within the last year, our team brought the Pine Valley Center to full capacity. Bradley Company has also worked with the buyer, Via Development, on several occasions. The multi-million dollar transaction sees one of the busiest retail corridors in Fort Wayne change ownership after nearly 40 years.
