Congratulations to our own Steve Chen for representing the landlord, Cenway/Cenway Center, in lease negotiations for a multi-year, 2,160 SF office space leases located at 907 Cardinal Court, Auburn, IN. This transaction returned a previous client to the center where they once occupied a 640 SF end-cap. The execution of this lease brought Cenway Center to 100% occupancy and the property remains for sale as an investment property.
