Alonda Jenkins serves as a Regional Property Manager in the Affordable Division, focusing on properties in Marshall and surrounding counties. In this role, she oversees day-to-day operations, provides guidance to property managers, and ensures strong tenant relations. Alonda also manages two properties designated as permanent supportive housing, bringing added expertise to communities with unique resident needs. As a member of the leadership team, she plays an active role in training and supporting new managers.

Alonda joined Bradley Company in 2017 as an Assistant Regional Property Manager. Prior to that, she served as the Property Manager of a 90-unit LIHTC multifamily property and brings over 16 years of experience in property management.
