Robert Fritze, MBA joined Bradley Company in October 2022 in the Department of Marketing & Research. As Senior Marketing Specialist for the Bradley Company enterprise, he supports the firm’s marketing initiatives across every region and service line, including Brokerage, Commercial Asset Services℠, Multi-Family Property Management, and Specialized Services. With more than a decade of expertise in digital media, creative production, and brand strategy, he combines bona fide data with hands-on technical acumen to strengthen the company’s impact and reach. His work spans concept development, content architecture, cross-platform campaigns, and operational process design, helping align marketing strategy with business objectives.
In 2010, Fritze graduated from the College of Arts & Media at University of Colorado Denver with the intent of working in commercial advertising and multimedia production. In 2013, he was conferred with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, emphasis in integrated marketing & brand management, while on a dual-track MBA + master of science path with a sports & entertainment law specialization. Over decades of working in various talent, marketing, advertising, and in-house agencies, Fritze has consulted and created for some of the world’s coolest brands, like The Disney Channel, Colorado Rockies, Land’s End, Digitas, Taco Bell, The Duck Co., Kick It 3v3 Soccer, Insomnia Wines, and Boys & Girls Clubs. Born in southwest Denver, he relocated to Santa Barbara County in 2014. After five years together, he and his wife got married in March of 2020 and started their family in 2022.
