Brianna Gladding

Brianna Gladding joined the Bradley Company team in 2019 and currently serves as the Manager of Brokerage Operations & Support.  In this role, she oversees our Transaction Coordinators in all markets and evaluates all systems, software, processes, and support given to our sales professionals.  Prior to her current role, she was a Client Services Manager,  and before that, a Transaction Coordinator responsible for marketing and transaction support to the Grand Rapids brokerage team.  Brianna’s career history includes The Bull’s Head Tavern, as well as State Farm Insurance, where she was responsible for establishing customer relationships and determining appropriate insurance and financial service needs for prospective clients.
