As a Real Estate Broker, Co-Team Leader, and small business owner with over $30 million in individual closed sales and 250+ total closed transactions, Dakota has established himself as a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. He serves a diverse range of clients, including sellers, first-time home buyers, next home buyers, rightsizing individuals, relocating clients, and those interested in investment properties and commercial real estate.
In addition to his successful real estate career, Dakota has a diverse background which has helped shape his professional approach. He has previous experience as a graduate school researcher and data analyst at Indiana University – Indianapolis, where he specialized in a program offered by the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). This academic background has allowed him to develop a unique perspective on the real estate market and its connection to public policy and environmental considerations. Prior to his career in real estate, Dakota was a licensed private investigator and served as a Case Manager and Assistant Program Coordinator in the Drug Treatment and Re-Entry Court of the Marion County Superior Court in Indianapolis, IN. These experiences provided him with invaluable skills in communication, problem-solving, and client advocacy, which he now applies in his real estate transactions.
