Julie Doll is the Regional Property Manager for the Affordable Division within Bradley Company’s Multi-Family Property Management line of business. Having joined the company in 2008 as a Site Manager for Leisure Living Apartments and Lapaz Garden Court Apartments, Julie was recently promoted from her previous role as Assistant Property Manager.

As Regional Property Manager, Julie is responsible for managing assigned properties and functions of property managers. On a day to basis, she provides support and monitors occupancy, property leasing, rent collection oversight & budgets, as well as monitors annual scheduled resident recertifications. She also oversees contactor bids, property/unit inspections, and accounts payable approvals for the properties. As part of the leadership team, she is actively involved in the training of new managers.

Prior to joining Bradley Company, Julie worked for The Papers Incorporated in Milford, IN where she was a human resource assistant supporting the payroll and accounts payable functions.
