She began her career as an Office Manager at X Ventures in 2016, where she gained a deep understanding of commercial real estate from an administrative perspective. In 2018, she obtained her real estate license and soon after played a key role in X Ventures’ transition and acquisition by Bradley Company.
Katie’s career is defined by her ability to connect people with the right opportunities – whether it’s helping investors maximize property value, assisting business owners in securing their next retail or office location, or advising developers on strategic land acquisitions. Her ability to understand people’s needs and communicate effectively makes her an invaluable resource to tenants, landlords, investors, and developers alike. Her strong financial background, coupled with an MBA from the DeVos Graduate School of Management allows her to analyze investment potential, structure deals effectively, and guide clients through the complexities of commercial real estate transactions.
