Kim Collins has been with Bradley Company since 2021 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for growing Bradley’s commercial property and facilities management platform, while supporting all lines of business and enterprise operations including Accounting, Finance, and Information Technologies. Kim joined Bradley as the Executive Managing Director of Commercial Asset Services and served as interim COO since November 2022.
Kim has more than 20 years of experience as a property and facilities leader in Indianapolis and Midwestern markets. She is active in and holds National leadership roles with the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Realtors.
