Mary Gibson, AHM, SCS, STAR, HDFP, HCCP serves as Compliance Manager for the portfolio of affordable housing properties managed by Bradley Company’s multi-family property management team. She brings twenty-four years of property management experience with a specialization in LIHTC housing. She acts as the affordable systems database administrator and is integrally involved with new affordable property onboarding. Mary also provides consulting services for affordable properties.
Prior to joining Bradley Company, she worked as a Compliance Specialist with Indiana Quadel and served as the Director of Property Management for South Bend Heritage Foundation. As Compliance Manager she oversees a mix of affordable properties that include Section 811, Section 202 PAC, Section 8, Section 515, Section 202 PRAC, Section 515/8, CoC, LIHTC and HOME.
Mary is an academic honors graduate from Harrison College, and she holds an A.A.S. in Business Management and a B.S. in Management from Western Governors University. She has also gone on to earn the following designations: Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Site Compliance Specialist (SCS), Spectrum Training Award Recipient (STAR), Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and Certified Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Professional (C3P).
Mary holds an Indiana Managing Brokers real estate license. She attends annual training relating to LIHTC, HUD, and USDA compliance to remain knowledgeable and ensure the portfolio of affordable properties successfully remains compliant.
