Mary Paltani is the Managing Director of Commercial Asset Services (CAS) – Northern Indiana, based in the South Bend office. She brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, property management, and financial leadership, with a proven track record of managing institutional-grade office properties.
Before joining Bradley Company, Mary spent over a decade with Hines, one of the world’s leading real estate investment and management firms, as General Manager for premier Class A office towers in Charlotte, NC and Oklahoma City, beginning in the Chicago market at One North Wacker and later OKC, then Charlotte. Her responsibilities included operational oversight, tenant relations, capital improvement project management, and financial performance for LEED-certified properties. She successfully managed building openings, capital programs, and day-to-day operations for multi-tenant office assets.
Prior to Hines, Mary spent 11 years with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), advancing to Vice President/General Manager where she managed prominent office properties in Chicago. She led operations for historic landmark buildings and modern office towers, focusing on tenant satisfaction, expense reduction through strategic process improvements, and comprehensive property performance. She also served in JLL’s Client Accounting division, overseeing accounting professionals and managing financial operations for a portfolio of properties.
Mary’s background includes strong financial acumen with accounting and controller experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DeVry Institute, both graduating Summa Cum Laude.
An active leader in the commercial real estate community, Mary has served as Board President of BOMA Oklahoma City and BOMA Southwest Region, was a Founding Board Member of CREW OKC, and was named BOMA Member of the Year in 2018.
