Mitch Doner is a Vice President, Director of Asset Resolutions, and the Managing Broker of Bradley Company’s Indianapolis office. He specializes in asset resolution services as well as representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords within office, retail, industrial, and land brokerage.
In his fifteen years of commercial real estate experience thus far, Mitch has arranged over 1,000 transactions for his Clients. He liquidates all types of commercial real estate for locally-, regionally-, and nationally-associated secured creditors spanning eight states in the Midwest, ranging from multi-tenant retail centers, industrial warehouse facilities, office buildings, multi-family developments, development ground, religious facilities, bowling alleys, car washes, filling stations, and drive-through liquor stores.
When Mitch is not working with creditors on distressed assets, he assists creditors with procuring land for future branch development and procuring space for loan production offices and back-of-house operations offices. Mitch attended university at Indiana-Purdue, Fort Wayne and Indiana-Purdue, Indianapolis. He possesses a Managing Broker’s license in Indiana and a broker’s license in Illinois.
Outside of the office, Mitch enjoys attending concerts (30-50 each year), sporting events (20-30 each year), spending time traveling around Indiana, and volunteering within the community.
