Nathan Schlabach joined Bradley Company in 2022 as an intern with the Horrigan Land Group and began working full-time with the HLG team in 2024. While his primary focus is on the land sector, Nathan specializes in all types of commercial real estate advisory in central Indiana. He is a current member of Indy Real Estate Ascending Leaders (REAL) and the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) and is passionate about networking with other up-and-coming real estate professionals in the region.
Nathan attended Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance and during his time there, was awarded 3rd Place in the Stanley E. Hunt Real Estate Development case competition, in which he and his team performed a highest and best use analysis to design a mixed-use development concept for downtown Fishers. Since 2019, Nathan has been passionate about philanthropic efforts through The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (2020 Student of the Year Candidate) and Riley Hospital For Children (2022/2023 Marketing Chair for IUDM).
