Penny Grant joined Bradley Company in February 2016 as a Portfolio Administrator and was quickly promoted through the ranks to Operations Manager for the Commercial Asset Services team. In this new role, Penny is the key integrator for the processes and platforms we use across all markets. She brought with her eight years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Tenant Coordinator.
