Rebecca blends architecture, development, and business to guide clients through high-impact real estate decisions. She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, giving her a full-picture view of technical, financial, and market drivers.
Before joining Bradley Company, Rebecca was a Project Architect with TLDB, leading complex design-build projects from concept through construction, often involving adaptive reuse and phased, budget-sensitive work. At Shive-Hattery, she served as a Project Manager on diverse projects for national and regional organizations optimizing their real estate portfolios, as well as clients undertaking multi-phase developments.
Her earlier experience includes time with national firms such as RATIO and Dewberry, where she supported and managed projects in education, civic, and office sectors. Her development experience includes a summer with Related Companies in Chicago, contributing to The 78 – she helped advance vendor inclusion strategy, RFP materials for TIF-eligible work, and planning for residential, office, retail, and public spaces.
For more than a decade, Rebecca has volunteered as a mentor and board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters, reflecting her commitment to meaningful relationships and community impact. She also co-founded Women in Business After Hours, a networking group connecting women across industries to foster growth, collaboration, and mentorship.
