Rod Ludwig brings over 25 years of leadership in multi-housing property management to his role as Senior Managing Director at Bradley Company. With a deep understanding of affordable and market-rate housing, Rod has overseen a wide range of property types, including HUD-funded communities, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments, Rural Development 515, student housing, condominiums, and homeowner associations.
Rod’s background in accounting and taxation—shaped by six years with the Internal Revenue Service and three years in public accounting—provides a strong foundation for financial oversight, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Since joining Bradley Company in 1996, he has led strategic planning and financial management efforts across the company’s multi-housing portfolio, ensuring both operational excellence and compliance with evolving industry standards.
Rod holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana. He has also earned several prestigious industry credentials, including the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as certifications from the National Center for Housing Management: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS).
