Sam is a recognized leader in Large Tenant / Buyer Representation and multi-market corporate services, with over 3,000 client projects totaling over 30 million square feet, and sale / lease values exceeding $4 billion. Sam has also managed over 90 school projects totaling over 2 million square feet. His client list is a Who’s Who of Indiana’s largest and most successful firms. His extensive experience includes over 40 complicated build-to-suits totaling over 5 million square feet and over 5 million square feet of multi-market corporate services experience on over 400 projects, from Boston to Los Angeles to Seattle and even internationally.

Sam leads a team of uniquely skilled professionals that provides Occupier Services Clients with Tenant / Buyer Representation Services, Project Management, Location Consulting, Incentives Procurement, Investment Sales / Capital Markets, Transaction Management, Valuation / Consulting, Workplace Strategies and Portfolio Lease Administration Services. He has handled sensitive renewal negotiations, achieving multi-million-dollar client occupancy cost savings. He has conducted national site searches, prepared sophisticated financial analysis, assembled and managed teams of consultants, evaluated alternatives, and negotiated significant economic development incentives. Sam uses proven processes, superior market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills to help clients achieve below market and flexible lease/purchase terms and attractive, functional, and efficient space that enhance employee productivity and shareholder value.

Sam also has substantial Corporate Disposition experience and uses a proven accelerated marketing program to help clients optimize their dispositions values.
