Susan Payne joined Bradley Company in November 2012 and currently serves as a Regional Property Manager with Bradley Company’s Multi-Family Property Management line of business. Susan oversees a diverse portfolio of affordable and conventional apartment communities, where she collaborates with on-site teams to to drive operational performance, occupancy strategies, and foster exceptional resident experiences. With more than a decade of real estate expertise, she has mentored property teams and provided comprehensive site management for communities such as The Elkhart Oaklawn Portfolio, LaCasa Portfolio, and the South Bend Heritage Supportive Housing Portfolio, among others.
