Todd Dickard

Todd works primarily in the selling of property in Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. He has represented local, regional and national companies including Ingersoll-Rand, Pratt Industries, 1st Source Bank, Tyco, Fifth Third Bank, J. Shoffner General Contractors, Harris Bank, Chester, Inc. and Reith-Riley Construction Co. Todd is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Horizon Bancorp, a regional banking institution based in Michigan City, IN. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Indiana and in the State of Michigan.
 
Todd is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute in Norman, Oklahoma, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan. Before joining Bradley Company in 2002, he was the president of the Greater LaPorte Chamber of Commerce/LaPorte Economic Development Advancement Foundation and had been since 1996. During his time there, he provided community-based assistance to many new business development projects in LaPorte County, Indiana.
 
Todd also works closely with the Northwest Indiana Small Business Development Center and the Regional Development Company, providing technical assistance and access to capital for growing small business in Northwest Indiana.
