Indiana Real Estate Professional Earns Rare Dual National Designation

Indiana commercial real estate professional, Mike Horrigan, SIOR, earns rare dual national recognition from Realtors Land Institute and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors

Indianapolis, Ind. — Michael Horrigan, SIOR, with Horrigan Land Group/Bradley Company, has earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute. Horrigan is now among fewer than 20 professionals nationwide, and only one of two in Indiana, who hold both the ALC and Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designations.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Horrigan specializes in land acquisition, site selection, and industrial brokerage throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and the Midwest. In Indiana specifically, his team focuses on central and southern Indiana, stretching from the Illinois to Ohio and Kentucky state lines. Horrigan helps local landowners, developers, and businesses navigate zoning and development challenges to bring new projects and jobs to communities.
