(South Bend, Ind.) – Bradley Company is proud to announce that Matt Wetzel, Senior Vice President in the firm’s Northern Indiana office, has earned the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®, one of the most selective credentials in commercial real estate. The designation is awarded to professionals who meet rigorous standards for transaction volume, experience, and professional excellence. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify, with approximately 4,000 members worldwide.
Matt began his career at Bradley Company in 2013 as a brokerage support intern and has since built one of the most active industrial brokerage practices in the region, consistently advising on some of the region’s most complex industrial transactions. In 2025, Matt completed 65 deals and transacted over 800,000 square feet with a total consideration of more than $41.8 million in real estate value. Across these assignments, Matt supports new developments for the St. Joseph county region, collaborating with clients such as Gurley Leep on expanding to Granger, IN, as well as working with Habitat Humanity to create new housing opportunities in the South Bend area.
