Bradley Co. Closes On Sale Of Culver’s Restaurant Site In Elkhart

(Elkhart, Ind.) Bradley Company announced today that its Elkhart team recently closed on the sale of a former Culver’s restaurant site at 2726 Emerson Drive in Elkhart. The transaction price was not disclosed.

Bradley’s Therese Geise represented the seller. The buyer, Dimension Development Partners, LLC, was represented by Mid-America Real Estate Group. The property will transition to an IHOP restaurant.

The 4,605 sq. ft. site features space that can be used for retail/restaurant purposes. Located in Elkhart’s newest and largest retail corridor, the site’s neighboring businesses include WalMart Super Center, Aldi’s, Ross, Shoe Carnival, Christopher & Banks and McAlister’s Deli. Nearly 90,000 people live within a five-mile radius.
