Pine Valley Associates, LLC, is a NY family investment group and longtime client of Bradley Company. Stan Phillips sold the center to Pine Valley Associates in 1985. Stan has handled the 17,000 SF expansion of the center in 1987, as well as the center’s renovation in 2001. The center has also been under Bradley Company management since 1985.
Bradley Company has been a long-standing representative of Pine Valley associates, representing and managing not only the Pine Valley Shopping Center property, but also Parkwest Center, a well-known community center located in the busy Southwest retail corridor of Fort Wayne. Bradley Company has managed and leased Parkwest Center for 43 years and has handled the center’s expansion and remodeling multiple times.
