Hehman brings an extensive background in commercial real estate to his new role, most recently serving as the Director of Leasing and Business Development for Neyer Properties Inc. in Cincinnati. Prior to his work with Neyer Properties, Hehman held various positions within the banking industry, where he was responsible for directing financial activities, coaching sales and service staff, and providing underwriting for commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans. In addition to his commercial real estate executive experience, Hehman has managed property portfolios, provided third-party real estate brokerage services and facilitated diverse client requirements.
At Bradley, Hehman will focus on expanding the company’s business development and recruiting efforts within the Cincinnati and Louisville markets.

Hehman is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and sales. He is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
