Bradley Company announced today that Martin Huttenlocker and Alex Reed recently closed on the sale of the former Shindigz building located at 101 Carroll Road in South Whitley, IN.
Bradley Company represented the seller, Stumps Printing Co., Inc., which is the parent company of Shindigz, throughout this transaction. Shindigz purchased the historic Harrison Place building in 2018, which is located in downtown Fort Wayne and moved its corporate office there in 2019. The company is best known for its party supplies that help transform any event into something extraordinary.
This property was sold to AHD Real Estate, LLC, a company based out of Illinois that specializes in custom lighting.
The changes to the current real estate market and economy this year caused some delays in the closing process, but the Bradley Company brokers were determined to complete the sale. “The key to getting the deal done was that all parties remained flexible throughout the closing process and shared a common goal,” said Martin Huttenlocker, Managing Director.
