Also known as Building B, this facility is being leased by Sauder Woodworking Co. and it is the final space to be filled within the industrial park. As North America’s leading producer of ready-to-assemble furniture, Sauder Woodworking is bringing fifty new jobs to New Haven.
According to Drinkall, “the lease of the third and fourth asset before they were completed in Cedar Oak Industrial Park shows the need for additional space in the New Haven market area, located on the east side of Fort Wayne.”
He also notes that Mayor McMichael is very much pro-development and works with developers in every way to create a robust and thriving economy. “It is a pleasure working with the mayor and his team” said Drinkall, “I look forward to working on many more projects in New Haven with them.”
