In just three years since joining Bradley Company in 2022, Showers has delivered exceptional results, more than doubling the firm’s Indianapolis management portfolio and driving remarkable revenue growth. Under her strategic direction, she has built a high-performing team of 11 professionals and elevated Bradley Company from the 14th to the 7th largest commercial property management firm in Central Indiana, as ranked by the Indianapolis Business Journal.

Her ongoing volunteer work with Gleaners Food Bank and leadership as Vice President of BOMA Indiana further demonstrate her dedication to community impact and industry advancement.
