Chief Operating Officer, Kim Collins, CPM® ®, receives Executive of the Year honors at 2025 Indianapolis Commercial Real Estate Summit
Bradley Company proudly announces that Kim Collins, CPM®, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Managing Director of Commercial Asset Services, has been named Executive of the Year at the 2025 Midwest Real Estate Journal Indiana Real Estate Awards. The honor was presented during the 9th Annual Indianapolis Commercial Real Estate Summit, recognizing outstanding leadership in the commercial real estate sector.
Since assuming the COO position at Bradley Company in 2021, Collins has spearheaded transformative operational strategies that have elevated the firm’s Commercial Asset Services platform to manage over 200 commercial properties and facilities across the Midwest. Collins’ operational vision has driven consistent revenue growth, streamlined operational processes across the enterprise, and significantly enhanced client retention rates.

Collins’ industry influence extends beyond her corporate leadership role. Recently elected as 2025 IREM International Secretary/Treasurer, she is positioned to assume the IREM International Presidency in 2027. She contributes valuable insights to NAR’s Public Policy Coordinating Committee and collaborates with leadership across CCIM, SIOR, and RLI to advance operational best practices throughout the real estate industry.
