(Grand Rapids, MI.) Bradley Company broker Kyle Grooters represented the landlord of a 160,000 SF facility. The original build to suit transaction for Alro Plastics at 4670 60th St. Kentwood, MI, occurred while Kyle was working with Robert Grooters Development Company. Once the original deal was completed the remaining square footage was listed. The site is located along M-6 and in the vicinity of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport, with a daily traffic count of 57,000 cars.
Kyle worked with The Referral Company who represented the tenant occupying the entirety of the 89,375 SF suite. Kyle also contracted a property management agreement for the property.
Alro Plastics, an operating division of Alro Steel Corporation, is a distributor and processor of engineered plastics. Alro, already with 20 other locations in Michigan, brings employment and industry to the Grand Rapids area with this deal.
