  • 2725 Maumee Avenue: Within just two months of listing, Bill supported the seller through the complete sale of a 7,994 SF industrial-flex building, closing the transaction efficiently with aligned buyer expectations.

  • 4222 Merchant Road: A prime example of Bradley Company’s full-service model, Bill played an integral role in the sale of this asset—having been involved from acquisition to property management to final sale, all within a single year.
