Indianapolis, Ind. — In May of 2024, the Indiana Apartment Association (IAA) announced the recipients of the Sally A. Lentz Visionary Leadership Program scholarship. This prestigious program empowers successful, experienced multifamily leaders to grow their management skills and become visionary leaders to inspire their teams. Bradley Company’s Multi-Family Property Management team is thrilled to congratulate Amber Torrence for being chosen to receive this esteemed opportunity. Amber is an Assistant Manager at Lugar Tower Apartments, specializing in Tax Credit and Section 8 Housing and is HCCP certified, with over a decade of experience in affordable housing.
Amber began her journey at the Bloomington Housing Authority in 2013. Passionate about community service, Amber transitioned to Indianapolis in 2016, assuming roles to support various properties in the city. Her steadfast belief in loyalty guides her work ethic, evident in her continued tenure with her management company despite company and department evolution. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Amber dedicates her time outside of the office to learning Hebrew, pursuing her minister’s licenses, and indulging in her love for singing.
