Bradley Company Represents Jack’s Donuts’ Expansion Into The St. Joseph County Area

(South Bend, Ind.)  Bradley Company announced today that John Jessen and Gage Hudak represented Jack’s Donuts in their expansion into the St. Joseph county area. The donut shop franchise found a home for their first local store at The Mill at Ironworks Plaza, located at 235 Ironworks Avenue in downtown Mishawaka. They are set to open this summer.

The Mill at Ironworks Plaza is a mixed-use development that offers luxury apartments and 13,000 square feet of retail space. The location was perfect for Jack’s Donuts’ first Northern Indiana venture. John Jessen and Gage Hudak also found the franchise their secondary location at 623 E. LaSalle St., in the East Bank Village of South Bend. That location is slated to open in the fall.

For 50 years Jack’s has been offering their signature sweet treats and coffee to Hoosiers in the Midwest, with their first store opening in New Castle, Indiana. They had dreams to expand their business so in 2013, Jack’s Donuts opened their first franchised location in Fishers, Indiana, and have been growing ever since.

The area franchisee team of Kevin, Erica, Kory, and Tammy Futa came to Bradley Company with a vision for their Jack’s Donuts franchise in Northern Indiana. It was clear from the first meeting that they needed to find a location for their first store that was centrally located, had strong demographics, and fit their size requirements.

After thoroughly surveying the market, the team determined that The Mill checked all the boxes for the Company’s entry into North Central Indiana. The East Bank location in South Bend will be an ideal satellite location to the main store.

“We are excited about Jack’s Donuts’ expansion and their future in this region. We successfully negotiated leases at both locations and look forward to the grand opening this summer,” said John Jessen, vice president.  “This is a client relationship that we are very proud of, and we look forward to helping them continue to grow the Jack’s Donuts brand throughout the region.”
