Principal Sam Smith, presently the Chairman of RESOURCE, will lead the Indianapolis regional office with support from Jon Hardy, principal of Bradley Company. Hardy currently leads Bradley’s platform service for its commercial brokerage line of business. Smith and Hardy bring a combined 60 years of experience in the central Indiana commercial real estate market to their respective roles.
RESOURCE Principals Beth Patterson, Brian Wahl, Kevin Dick, Jeffrey Merritt, and Tom Osborne will become Principals of Bradley and continue to play key roles within the newly combined Central Indiana team. More than 40 RESOURCE real estate professionals will join Bradley Company.

The acquisition is part of Bradley Company’s broad expansion plan, boosting its brokerage team by 30 commercial brokers in the Indianapolis market. In 2018, Bradley Company acquired the former X Ventures in Grand Rapids and in 2019 expanded into the Cincinnati market.
